The new bungalows are place in an L shape that together with the existing building are forming a plaza-like area destined to leisure purposes and combined with a private driveway that also works as a parking-space area. The bungalows are placed respecting the setback defined by the regulations of the city and the area is been seeded with native trees that mainly will cool down the air that gets inside the bungalows.
