A collaboration in the Architectural Design of one of the projects that will become a landmark in the skyline of Dubai. The project combines Hyper-Luxury Hospitality, Ultra-High-End Residential, Office, Commerce and Leisure uses in two towers (300m and 265m hight respectively) linked by a horizontal element that will be the longest and highest cantilever structure in the world when finished.
